Where do JUSTMEALDEALS come from? JUSTMEALDEAL deals are posted by the owners and managers of each respective restaurant. Each restaurant is able to post deals anytime, so new deals may be added at any time. When new deals are posted by a restaurant, they appear on our website and iPhone app immediately.

How much does each deal cost? There is no cost to print deals from the JUSTMEALDEALS website or use our iPhone App.

Can I use the same deal more than once? In most cases, you may use a deal more than once on different days by revisiting our website or iPhone App. Our deals are similar to coupons in the Sunday newspaper. If you have 2 coupons, you can usually get 2 deals on different days. Be sure to check the terms of each deal, as each restaurant may have different redemption rules.

How do I redeem a deal from my iPhone or iPad using the JUSTMEALDEALS app? Just show the server or cashier the deal screen on your iPhone. At some restaurants, you may be requested to tap "REDEEM" in order to validate. TIP: Save deals to "My Favorite Deals" for instant access to show your server.

Is this thing like Groupon and those other deal sites? At JUSTMEALDEALS, you get a great deal similar to those sites with daily specials. But at JUSTMEALDEALS, you don't have to pre-pay to get the deal. You JUST print it out, or save it on the App.

Is your iPhone app free? Yep! Just visit the App store and search "JUSTMEALDEALS"! If you don't have it yet, what the heck are you doing? Visit the App store now!

How do I view the deals around me? Just select Nearby Deals from the first screen. The restaurants nearest your current location will appear at the top.

How do I find deals in another part of South Florida? Tap 'Search' in the footer. Then tap 'City' to pick a metro area, and tap 'Find Deals'.

There are so many deals! How do I filter and sort ? You can filter deals by local area, cuisine, average entrée price, and valid days! If you're looking for a particular restaurant, use our AtoZ finder. Smaller towns are grouped under a nearby larger town or city.

Where are the deals? The App currently displays deals in Broward, Miami-Dade, and Monroe counties. Don't worry Palm Beach, we're coming soon!

What are 'My Favorite Deals'? For instant access when it's time to redeem, you can save deals that look scrumptious! Just tap "Add to My Favorites" on a deal screen to find it quickly when the waitress is over your shoulder!

I'm taking my lover to dinner. How do I send the restaurant location quickly? From the restaurant or deal screen, just tap 'Share' to send via text, email, or Facebook.

How do I redeem a deal from the iPhone app? Just show the deal to the server or cashier. Then, tap 'Redeem' in their presence. (Hint: Tapping Redeem allows you to be eligible for private frequent customer deals. Remember to tap Redeem to count your visit.)

Help! I tapped Redeem too early! If you tap 'Redeem' before you are actually at the restaurant, don't worry! The App is kinda-sorta smart, so it knows you're not at the restaurant yet. If you tap Redeem prematurely, we'll show you the deal again so you can save it to "My Favorite Deals".

Want to fill the house on a Tuesday night? Our system allows you to create a deal valid only on certain day(s). (Even certain meals, such as lunch only.) Lost money with Groupon or bartered vouchers? This is not Groupon. You can specify a minimum order amount or other terms to ensure profit. Remember:, customers are savvy and want to get a great deal. We recommend you keep order minimums as low as possible. If you have a great restaurant, they'll spend more and keep coming back.

What kind of deals can I create? We have 3 types of deals that you can create anytime, 24/7 via our DealMaker web portal: Discount deals: Offer a specific percentage or amount off a certain item when a customer’s purchase meets a requirement. May not be used more than once a day. JUSTMEALDEALS are available to be re-printed, shared, and used more than once on different days. JUSTMEALDEALS could be compared with offers you put in a circular or newspaper; if the customer has 2 circulars, they may reuse the deal on different days. This is proven to get more repeat customers, and encourage customers to forward and share deals. If you wish to restrict these rules or repeated use by the same person, you have the opportunity to add such terms to each deal. What's the minimum deal I can post? Our research has shown that customers are more likely to visit with a powerful deal in hand.

How many deals can I post? Unlimited! Some of our most successful restaurant partners have 1 deal for each day of the week, plus a few deals valid anytime.
