JUSTMEALDEALS is a great deal for both consumers &restaurants. During our 30-day free trial, enjoy all the power of creating unlimited deals. Your credit card is only charged if you continue beyond your free trial. Limit one free trial per restaurant brand.

You may cancel your JUSTMEALDEALS membership at any time. To cancel your JUSTMEALDEALS membership, please call us at 954-364-2907 during business hours. You may also send an email to support@JUSTMEALDEALS.com, with your name, email, restaurant name, and phone number.

JUSTMEALDEALS membership is billed monthly on the first day of your billing cycle. In the event of a cancellation, your account will be disabled at the end of the current billing cycle and you will not be billed again. Partial months will not be refunded. Cancellations must be received 2 business days prior your billing cycle date. You will receive a cancellation confirmation via email.

Privacy Policy

The JUSTMEALDEALS privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") is intended to inform you of our policies and practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of any information you submit to us through JUSTMEALDEALS. This includes "Personal Information," which is information about you that is personally identifiable such as your name, e-mail address, billing information, and other non-public information that is associated with the foregoing, as well as "Anonymous Information," which is information that is not associated with or linked to your Personal Information and does not permit the identification of individual persons.

This may include restaurant reviews and ratings from our Partners or other third parties. If you decide to "opt-in" to their application(s), your privacy depends on the policy of that application(s).
3. How Do We Use Your Information?
   • Customized User Experience.We use your information to better serve you by providing a customized user experience via a member-exclusive dashboard. This dashboard is accessed by using the username and password you specified in the JUSTMEALDEALS registration form. It displays your restaurant logo, name, store locations and deals, as well as navigation to all member tasks like editing account and billing information.
   • Agents. We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf, such as processing credit card payments. They have access to personal information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.
   • Special Offers. We may send you special offers from time to time, unless you choose to "opt-out" of receiving such offers. If we send you offers from other businesses, we do not share your personal information with them. The offers come directly through us. Please see the "opt-in/opt-out" selection at the end of this policy.
   • Business Transfers. As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy assets. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets. Also, in the unlikely event that we are acquired, customer information will be one of the transferred assets.
   • Law Enforcement.If we receive a lawful court order to release account or other personal information then we will comply with the law. We will also release information when necessary to protect the life, safety or property of others. 5. Your Choice: Opt-in or Opt-out.
   • E-mail Subscription. It is your choice whether to receive e-mails or special offers from JUSTMEALDEALS. The default setting is "opt-in". You may "opt-out" or unsubscribe to the JUSTMEALDEALS e-mail subscription list when you receive the first e-mail.
   • Partner or Third-Party Applications. You will have the option to remove a Partner or third-party application from your account. The default setting is "opt-in". Please see above in Section 2 for how your Personal Information is used by our Partners or third-parties.
6. Children

   Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to use JUSTMEALDEALS and we do not intentionally collect or maintain Personal Information from those who are under 13 years old. Protecting the privacy of children is very important to us. Thus, if we obtain actual knowledge that a user is under 13, we will take steps to remove that user's Personal Information permanently from our databases. By using JUSTMEALDEALS, you are representing that you are at least 18 years old.

7. Other Websites

   Various Web sites may be linked to from this site. If you link to another site, your privacy depends on the policy of that site. We strongly urge you to check their privacy policy. Not all sites guarantee that they will not share your personally identifiable information with others.
